Dry Link is the premier manufacturer of dry-disconnect (also called Dry-break) hose couplings for the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and food industries. These patented, sanitary couplings are internally polished to 20 RA mirror finish to provide a drip-tight dry-disconnect connection.
Dry Link couplings have a smooth bore with no voids, dead spaces, crevices or fillers that may trap bacteria. They can be easily sanitised using steam or other methods. Fittings come in a choice of body materials: 316 SS, Hastelloy C and Alloy 20. Sealing materials available include: PTFE, VITON (FKM), EPDM and perfluoroelastomer (FFKM, Chemraz/Kalrez).

Offered in a variety of end connections, a design feature of Dry Link is the mechanical interlock feature. This prevents accidental opening/ disconnection, i.e. the discs are closed and sealed before the coupler and adaptor can be separated. This safe connection/disconnection method is ideal for handling hazardous, high viscosity, high flow and sanitary/hygienic applications.
