Besta'Power is a modular energy distribution
system for compressed air and electricity which can be adapted simply and
quickly at
any time to
new production processes.
The system is deployed primarily in assembly shops which use hand tools and
in partly automated working processes. Apart from providing an efficient
energy supply, Besta'Power also facilitates the integration of equipment and
the provision of components close to hand at the workplace. Minimal planning
effort, low
space requirement, great system flexibility and high ergonomic working comfort
are the main features of the product.
The modular principle makes it possible to achieve application-specific solutions with system components and offers great flexibility for speedy and simple retrofitting and modification of the facility.
The bolt-connected technique (no welding, brazing, gluing) makes it possible to re-use all components when adapting to changed production procedures. Low pressure loss thanks to high surface quality and optimal air-tightness thanks to ultra-modern seal technology make for energy efficiency and correspondingly low operating costs.
The integration of the two energy sources, compressed air and electricity, and of workplace equipment in a compact system yields optimal benefit in the tightest space. Negligible expense for maintenance and spare parts – as well as a dramatic reduction in energy costs compared with conventional compressed air systems are guaranteed. The energy distribution system can at the same time be used as a carrier system for peripheral equipment such as strip lighting.
